For more than four decades, we’ve been serving the lovely people of Gloucestershire with award-winning, quality produce, much of which is grown right here on our 170-acre, family-run farm.
Come along to Over Farm Market for local meats, homemade treats, fresh fruit and veg and an enormous range of other local and artisan food and drinks!
Over Farm Market is more than just a farm shop. It’s a deli, a bakery, a butchery, a café – and if you really want to make a day of it – you’ll enjoy our Countryside Adventure farm park too!

Fresh produce
Our fresh, farm-grown food comes straight from the field to the shelf! Depending on the season you’ll find everything from pumpkins and squash to rhubarb, strawberries and asparagus; all beautifully laid out on our displays!
Deli & Bakery
Freshly baked bread, baguettes and delicious pastries, cheese, pies and sausage rolls are available daily, as well as our home-made jams, preserves and chutneys, plus – of course – our locally famous coleslaw!
Butchery
Nestled in a cosy cubby you’ll find the butchery, where we sell a wide range of traditional and convenience cuts, from a good ol’ lamb chop to our oven-ready hunter’s chicken. It’s a meat lover’s paradise in there…
Hampers
Need a gift for someone who’s got everything? Have a browse of our hamper selection. You’ll find plenty of options ready-to-go in store, and we offer a bespoke service too, with £8 nationwide delivery. We know the’ll love it!
Where is Over Farm Market?
You’ll find our farm shop a mile outside Gloucester city centre, just off the A40. Pop GL2 8DB in your satnav and duck off at the traffic lights close to the Toby Carvery.
Most of our produce is available on site or for click and collect from our online shop page, and a few items can be delivered locally or nationwide too. Take a look at the individual product pages to find out how you can get hold of our delicious food and drink. Or come into the shop and relish a feast for your eyes – and nose!
Over Farm Market opening times
Over Farm Market is open from 9am to 5pm every day. During British Summer Time we make the most of those extra hours of light, staying open until 6pm Thursday to Saturday. The café is open from 9am to 4pm every day, all year round.

What our customers say
Fantastic morning at Over Farm. Lots of fun with plenty to do for a whole day. Mini golf was a big hit! Please keep supporting this great venue, it might take a little longer to get there sometimes due to the roadworks, but they need our business and support. Over Farm Market is open from 9am to 5pm every day though the café shuts at 4pm. In summer (BST) we open till 6 Thursday to Saturday.
Plenty! We’ve got designated disabled parking too should you need it.
Yes! We’re step-free in the shop and have a disabled toilet accessible from the car park too.
We love dogs – please do bring them into Over Farm Market to say hello. We do ask that you don’t take your dog into the café or to Countryside Adventure though, where there are lots of small children running about the place and hot drinks too. Service dogs are, of course, welcome in any area of Over Farm.
Absolutely! You might want to move your car from the shop car park to the Countryside Adventure car park before heading over though, it’s a bit of a walk! Click here to find out more about visiting Countryside Adventure.
We stock a range of vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free products and plenty of fresh fruit and veg.
Yes! We have a guest WiFi network available in the whole shop.
